Aadhi Wali Maseet, Taunsa Sharif.

In old times Taunsa had dozens of Well, many of them had been vanished with the passage of time. In 1931 Sardar Khuda Bux Karnati constructed this mosque and a well was dug in the midway of Taunsa and Mangrotha for the ease of travellers. People travelling on this route used to take rest, drink water and offer prayer at this Mosque. As the mosque is in mid of Taunsa and Mangrotha therefore its famous as Aadhi Wali Maseet i.e., Mosque in the centre. (Maseet=Masjid in Saraiki Language).
